A Full Weekend of Tailoreds Work!
The last few months have been a challenging time for us all, but with things finally starting to get back to normal and the Irish film industry as a whole slowly getting back on track, we have been working hard to ensure our projects continue ticking along nicely.
We are now experiencing the pay-off as this weekend is a big one for Tailored Films, namely because of:
The national premiere of 'The Winter Lake'
We're delighted to announce that our latest feature film 'The Winter Lake' will be premiering at the Galway Film Fleadh this weekend on July 10th at 9pm.
We are so grateful to our collaborators who have helped us bring 'The Winter Lake' to life, from our co-producers EMA Films, to our funders Screen Ireland, Epic Pictures Group, Wrap Fund, and Creative Europe among others.
The premiere will be followed by a Q + A with director Phil Sheerin, writer David Turpin, and cast members Anson Boon and Mark McKenna. You can buy tickets to watch the online premiere HERE.
We hope that this weekend's viewers enjoy the film and we look forward to its official release in the coming months.
However, that's not all the Tailored content that can be viewed this week at the Galway Film Fleadh, as it will also be hosting:
The national premiere of our Focus Short 'STIR'
Our Focus Short 'STIR' will also have its world premiere this weekend. The Screen Ireland funded short was produced by our very own Eithne Fitzsimons in her first producing role for a Screen Ireland project. 'STIR' is a psychological thriller written and directed by Rory Bresnihan.
The film will be available to view from 1pm on July 11th as part of the Irish Talent: New Shorts - Five section of the Fleadh. Tickets are limited but are still available to purchase HERE.
Finally, there is one more Tailored-led project on your screens this weekend:
The Lodgers shall have its TV debut on RTÉ2 this Saturday night
'The Lodgers' will be screening on RTÉ2 this Saturday, 11th July at 11:30pm. Tune in tomorrow night or press record on your Sky box to get your fill of atmospheric gothic horror this weekend.
